Booking a court shouldn't be complicated

Whether you're heading to Sports Zone LLP for a quick evening rally or a serious training session, booking your Badminton slot online takes less than two minutes. Here's exactly how it works, from sign-up to stepping onto the court.

Step 1: Create your free account

Head to the Sign Up page and enter your name, email, phone number and a password. This takes under a minute, and you only need to do it once — after that you'll just sign in.

Step 2: Pick your sport and slot

Go to the Badminton page (or browse all Sports if you're deciding between Badminton, Table Tennis and Yoga). Choose any available date within the next 7 days, then pick an open time slot. Badminton and Table Tennis let you select more than one slot in the same booking if you want extra time.

Step 3: Pay securely online

At checkout, tap "Pay Now" and you'll be redirected to our payment partner Cashfree's secure payment page. The checkout page itemises the slot price plus a small payment processing fee (covering Cashfree's gateway charges) before you pay — settle the total using whichever method you prefer: UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking, or a wallet.

Step 4: Your booking is confirmed instantly

The moment your payment succeeds, you're brought straight back and your booking is confirmed automatically — no waiting on manual verification. You'll see the status as Confirmed in My Bookings, along with a downloadable invoice, and a confirmation email lands in your inbox too.

Step 5: Show up and play

Arrive a few minutes before your slot time. If you don't have a racquet, one is available to rent at the front desk.

Good to know before you book

  • Slots can be booked up to 7 days in advance
  • Badminton courts run 06:00–10:00 and 12:00–16:00, closed Mondays
  • Payments are processed securely via Cashfree (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet); the slot price plus a small payment processing fee (shown separately at checkout) makes up your total
  • You can self-cancel a booking from My Bookings within 24 hours of booking it, as long as the slot is still 30+ hours away — see our Refund Policy for the full rule
