Table Tennis and Badminton allow multiple slots per booking. Yoga Classes are limited to one slot per booking since each session is a single guided class.

How do I pay for my booking?

Payments are handled securely by Cashfree Payment Gateway. At checkout you're redirected to Cashfree's payment page, where you can pay by UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking, or wallet.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed automatically the instant Cashfree reports a successful payment — no manual verification or waiting. You can track the status any time from My Bookings.

Can I cancel a booking?

You can self-cancel a paid or unpaid booking from My Bookings within 24 hours of booking it, as long as the slot is still at least 30 hours away — bookings made less than 30 hours before the slot are non-cancellable online. See our Refund Policy for the full rule and how refunds are calculated.

What are the facility timings?

Yoga runs 07:00–08:00 (closed Sundays). Table Tennis runs 06:00–10:00 and 12:00–22:00 (closed Mondays). Badminton runs 06:00–10:00 and 12:00–21:00 (closed Mondays).

Yes, a free account is required to book a slot so we can track your bookings and send confirmations. You can sign up in under a minute.

What is the price per slot?

Accepted Answer

Yoga is ₹200 per person. Table Tennis is ₹300 per slot. Badminton is ₹700 for a Non-AC court or ₹1000 for an AC court (up to 4 players share the court) — a Pay & Play option is also available at ₹300 per person for same-day, short-notice play. A small payment processing fee (covering our payment gateway charges) is added on top at checkout — the full breakdown is shown before you pay.

What happens if I miss my booked slot?

Slots are held exclusively for you at the booked time. If you miss it without cancelling in advance, it is marked as a no-show and is non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

What is Membership, and how is it different from booking a single slot?

A one-off online slot booking is great for a single game. Membership is our regular, offline-enrolled plan across all sports and activities — it gives you priority on batch timings and a better effective price per session. Membership covers Badminton, Table Tennis, Yoga, Judo & Karate, Dance, Music and Drawing, and is enrolled in person, by call, or on WhatsApp — see the Membership page for plans and how to enroll.

Can I change my slot after booking?

Accepted Answer

There is no direct "reschedule" option — cancel the existing slot from My Bookings before its time (subject to the Refund Policy) and book a new one instead.

What if all slots for my preferred time are full?

Accepted Answer

Try a nearby time window or the next day within the booking window — the Sports page shows live availability. Badminton also offers a short-notice Pay & Play option on the same day.

Is there a mobile app for booking?

No separate app is needed — the Sports Zone LLP website works fully on mobile browsers, including booking, payment and My Bookings.

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Any UPI app, debit/credit card, netbanking, or wallet works, via our payment partner Cashfree — pick whichever you prefer on the secure payment page at checkout.

Question 19

Is it safe to pay online at Sports Zone LLP? Do you store my card or UPI details?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all payments are processed on Cashfree's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment page, not on our website. Your card number, UPI PIN, and netbanking login are entered directly there and are never seen or stored by Sports Zone LLP. We only receive the payment outcome (success/failure) and a Cashfree reference ID.

My payment succeeded but the booking still shows as Pending — what do I do?

This is almost always just a few seconds' delay while Cashfree's confirmation reaches us — refresh My Bookings after a moment. If it's still Pending after several minutes, contact us with your booking reference and payment ID so we can check with Cashfree directly.

Do you offer discounts for group or bulk bookings?

Slot pricing online is fixed per slot/court. For regular group play or bulk sessions, membership plans usually offer better effective pricing — contact us to discuss.

Are there any hidden charges besides the slot price?

Accepted Answer

No hidden charges. On top of the slot price, a small payment processing fee (1.95% + 18% GST, to cover our payment gateway Cashfree's charges) is added — it's shown as a separate line on the checkout page and your receipt before you pay, so the total you're charged is never a surprise. This fee is passed straight through to Cashfree and isn't kept by Sports Zone LLP. Equipment rental (racquets, paddles) is optional and charged separately at the desk if used.
