Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to both the website/online booking system and to in-person use of the Sports Zone LLP premises (including offline admission/membership, covered by our Admission Form and its terms & conditions, available on our Membership page).

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, booking a slot online, or entering the Sports Zone LLP premises (including for offline admission), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy and Refund Policies.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name and phone number.

Bookings and payments

Slot availability is shown in real time but is only guaranteed once payment is successfully completed through our payment partner, Cashfree — your booking is confirmed automatically the moment payment succeeds. An unpaid or abandoned checkout only holds a slot for a few minutes before it is released back to everyone else. Prices for each sport are listed on the Sports page and are subject to change for future bookings; existing confirmed bookings are not affected by price changes. A payment processing fee (1.95% + 18% GST, covering Cashfree's gateway charges) is added on top of the slot price at checkout — it is shown separately, before you pay, and is passed through to Cashfree rather than retained by Sports Zone LLP. Cancellation and refund eligibility for paid bookings is governed by our Refund Policy.

Risk & injury disclaimer

All players and visitors participate in sports and activities at their own risk. Sports Zone LLP shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, physical harm, or medical emergency occurring during play, training, or while using the premises. Anyone with health concerns should consult a doctor before engaging in physical activities, and should only participate if medically fit.

Personal belongings

Players and visitors are responsible for their own belongings. Sports Zone LLP is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items including mobile phones, wallets, bags, or other valuables. Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets must be submitted at reception, and water bottles should be placed outside the court, as directed by facility staff.

Damage to property

Any intentional or negligent damage caused to Sports Zone LLP property, equipment, or facilities is chargeable to the individual or group responsible.

Facility conduct & use

Users are expected to arrive on time for booked slots, follow facility staff instructions, and treat equipment and other players with respect. All visitors must maintain discipline and respectful behavior — abusive language, misconduct, fighting, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises. Facilities and equipment must be used properly and only for their intended purposes; misuse may lead to suspension of access.Sports Zone LLP reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings for users who violate facility rules.

Children & supervision

Children below the permitted age must be accompanied or supervised by a parent/guardian wherever required.

Attendance / leave policy

If a member or booked player voluntarily skips, misses, or takes leave from a booked session/class or slot, no extra time, adjustment, or set-off is provided later. Each player is solely responsible for attending their sessions on time.

Management rights

Sports Zone LLP reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, modify timings, or close facilities for maintenance, safety, or special events, without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

Participation in physical activities carries inherent risk. Sports Zone LLP is not liable for injuries sustained during use of the facility except where caused by our own negligence.

Governing law & jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to Sports Zone LLP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna only.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or premises after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
