Sports Zone LLP ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and booking system, when you enroll for offline membership/admission, and how we use it.

Information we collect online

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and phone number. When you make a booking, we store the sport, date, time slot and payment details relevant to confirming it (see "Payment information" below). When you use our contact form, we store your name, email, phone (if given) and message.

Information we collect offline (admission form)

If you enroll for membership or admission in person at the academy, our physical Admission Form collects additional details such as your (or your child's) full name, father's/ guardian's name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile and WhatsApp number, email, passport-size photo, the sport/program selected, batch/timing preference, experience level, medical conditions or allergies (if any), current medications (if any), emergency contact person and relationship, and payment/fee details. This information is used only to manage your membership, ensure your safety during activities, and contact you or your emergency contact if needed.

How we use your information

We use this information to create and manage your account and/or membership, process and confirm bookings, respond to enquiries, communicate important updates about your bookings or batches, and respond to medical emergencies during play or training.

Payment information

Online payments for slot bookings are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payment Gateway, which handles UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets on our behalf on its secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment page. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank/net-banking login details — those are entered directly on Cashfree's secure payment page and handled under Cashfree's own security standards and privacy policy. We only receive and store the outcome of a payment (success/failure), a Cashfree payment reference ID, and the amount — used to confirm your booking and process any refund. Offline membership fees are collected and recorded at the academy.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information — whether collected online or via the physical Admission Form — is only accessible to authorized Sports Zone LLP staff for the purpose of managing bookings, memberships and facility operations.

Your rights

You can view and update your online profile information at any time from your account page. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or admission-form data, please contact us at sportszonellp@gmail.com.
