At checkout, review your booking summary — the slot price, a small payment processing fee (1.95% + 18% GST, covering Cashfree's own gateway charges) shown as a separate line, and the total — then tap the payment button. You'll be redirected to Cashfree's secure payment page.
3. Choose your payment method
On Cashfree's page, pick UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app), a debit/credit card, netbanking, or a wallet — then complete the payment for the exact amount shown.
4. You're brought straight back, confirmed
Once payment succeeds, you're redirected back to Sports Zone LLP automatically and your booking flips to Confirmed immediately — no reference numbers to type in, no waiting for our team. A confirmation email with your receipt lands in your inbox, and you can download a PDF invoice any time from the confirmation page or My Bookings.
If something goes wrong
- Payment didn't go through, or you closed the payment window? No charge is made and your slot is released automatically after a few minutes — just book again.
- Paid but the booking still shows Pending after a minute or two? Contact us with your booking reference and payment ID — see our FAQ for this exact situation.
