Both are ₹300 a slot. So which one should you pick?

Table Tennis and Badminton are both available to book at Sports Zone LLP, Bailey Road, Patna, at the same price — ₹300 per slot. The right one for you depends on what you're looking for.

Table Tennis

Fast reflexes, short bursts of movement, and a smaller space requirement make Table Tennis a great pick if you want a quick, high-intensity game without needing a huge amount of stamina. Our tables are tournament-standard with good lighting and non-slip flooring, open 06:00–10:00 and 12:00–21:00 (closed Mondays) — the longest daily window of any sport we offer.

Badminton

Badminton demands more court coverage, longer rallies and stronger cardio — it's a better full-body workout if you want to build stamina and agility. Courts are open 06:00–10:00 and 12:00–16:00, closed Mondays.

Quick comparison

  • Best for quick reflex training: Table Tennis
  • Best for full-body cardio: Badminton
  • Longer daily availability: Table Tennis (06:00–10:00 & 12:00–21:00)
  • Both allow multiple slots per booking, and both are ₹300/slot
  • Both are indoor-friendly and playable year-round
